Our cabinets are constructed using 3/4-inch melamine-coated HDF. Our double-layer side-panel construction provides additional strength and stability, helping create sturdy cabinets built for years of enjoyment.

Each cabinet is assembled with attention to detail rather than produced on a traditional assembly line.

Custom vinyl artwork is available for customers who select it during the ordering process.

After your order is placed, we’ll contact you to discuss your design ideas, preferred theme, colors, and other artwork details.

Using your ideas, we’ll develop a custom design and provide a preview for your approval. Once approved, the artwork is prepared for printing through our printing partner, Game On Grafix.

Our custom arcade machines are built to order, with a standard estimated production timeframe of 6–8 weeks after your order has been accepted and all required customization details have been finalized.

Production times may vary, and we will provide updates regarding significant delays. Shipping and transportation times are not included in the production estimate.

What Is Layaway?

Ourcade Custom Arcades offers a layaway option that allows customers to make scheduled payments toward a custom arcade rather than paying the full purchase price upfront.

We offer two layaway options to accommodate different payment preferences.

Option 1 — 50% Deposit

Start your layaway plan with a 50% deposit of the total purchase price.

After making your deposit, continue making payments at least once every two weeks until the remaining balance is paid.

The full purchase price must be paid within 90 days of starting the layaway arrangement.

Option 2 — Deposit Payment Plan

With this option, you can make payments toward your initial 50% deposit instead of paying it all at once.

Payments must be made at least once every two weeks.

Once the initial 50% deposit has been paid, the arcade building process can begin.

You then have up to an additional 90 days to pay the remaining 50% balance.

This option allows up to 180 days to complete your purchase: up to 90 days for the initial deposit and up to 90 additional days for the remaining balance.

Is Interest Charged on Layaway?

No. Ourcade Custom Arcades does not charge interest on layaway balances.

What Happens If I Miss a Payment or Cancel My Layaway?

Layaway cancellations, missed payments, and refunds are handled according to your layaway agreement and Ourcade’s current customer policies.

If you are having difficulty making a scheduled payment, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss whether an alternative arrangement is available.

How Do I Start a Layaway Plan?

Contact Ourcade Custom Arcades to discuss your desired arcade model, customization options, deposit, and payment schedule.

We’ll help you review the available layaway options and determine the next steps for placing your order.

Local pickup is available by confirmed appointment in South Bend, Indiana.

Once your arcade is completed and available for pickup, we’ll contact you to coordinate an appointment.

Customers have 48 hours after receiving notice that their machine is ready and available to collect it. After that period, a $25-per-day storage fee applies unless another arrangement has been approved in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

Our team will assist with loading your arcade. Please bring a suitable vehicle, along with straps, padding, tie-downs, and any other materials needed to secure your machine.

Before leaving, inspect your arcade and notify our team of any visible damage, missing items, or differences from the approved specifications.

After loading and transfer of possession, customers are responsible for safely securing, transporting, and unloading their arcade.

We arrange freight transportation for customers who need their completed arcade shipped.

If you’d like a shipping estimate before ordering, please contact us with the arcade model you’re considering, your delivery ZIP code, and whether the destination is a residential or business address.

Shipping costs may vary based on the arcade model, selected options, destination, and delivery requirements.

Applicable freight or delivery charges are disclosed as part of the order.

Ourcade also purchases additional freight damage protection for shipped arcade orders. Customers are not required to purchase separate optional freight insurance to receive the protection arranged by Ourcade.

Before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt, carefully inspect the shipment and its packaging. If visible damage is present, refuse delivery, ask the carrier to document the damage and refusal, photograph the damage when safe, and contact Ourcade immediately.

After your custom arcade has been completed, freight transit typically takes approximately 5 business days.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier schedules, weather conditions, and other factors.

This estimate is separate from the standard 6–8-week production timeframe.

We offer delivery within a 3-hour radius from South Bend, IN. The calculation for delivery is based on the time it takes to travel from our location to the specified destination. We only consider the time it takes to reach the drop-off location, charging $125 per hour. For instance, if the drop-off location is 2 hours away, the total cost for delivery would be $250. Please note that the time spent at the drop-off location and the duration to return to South Bend are not included in the delivery time.

NOTE: At the moment we are not offering inside delivery.

Arcades shipped by freight may arrive secured to a pallet or skid with protective crating around the machine.

Before accepting delivery, carefully inspect the crate and packaging for visible damage.

If damage is present, refuse delivery, ask the carrier to document the damage and refusal, take photographs when safe, and contact Ourcade immediately at (574) 355-3530.

Do not sign an unqualified delivery receipt stating that a visibly damaged shipment arrived in good condition.

If you discover concealed damage after delivery, notify Ourcade within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time. Provide your order information, a description of the damage, and photographs of the arcade, damage, and original packaging.

Keep the packaging until Ourcade or its freight protection provider confirms it is no longer needed.

Late reporting may complicate a freight claim but does not automatically eliminate rights protected by law.
