Ourcade accepts online payments through
WooPayments and PayPal.

When you complete a purchase, payment information is
processed through the selected payment provider. These

fraud-prevention information according to their own

Ourcade receives payment confirmations and transaction
records necessary to manage customer orders.

Ourcade does not intentionally store complete customer
credit card numbers in its ordinary WooCommerce order records.

5. Shipping and Freight Delivery

When an order requires freight shipping, Ourcade shares
the information necessary to arrange transportation and
delivery with the applicable freight carrier or shipping service.

Ourcade uses Ninja Forms to receive Contact Us inquiries
and customer support tickets.

troubleshoot problems, provide technical assistance,
and maintain customer service records.

Form submissions may be stored within our WordPress
website, and copies or notifications may be delivered
to our business email.

Email correspondence is deleted as needed. Original
website form submissions are not currently subject
to a routine deletion schedule.

Customers may request deletion of eligible personal
information using the contact information provided below.

7. Email Marketing and Mailchimp

Ourcade uses Mailchimp for email marketing, customer
synchronization, and shopping-cart-related communications.

Customer contact and shopping information may be synchronized
with Mailchimp through our WooCommerce integration, including
records for customers who have not subscribed to promotional emails.

Customers are offered an optional newsletter subscription
checkbox during checkout. The checkbox is unchecked by default,
allowing customers to actively choose whether to subscribe.

Customers who subscribe may receive occasional promotional
emails, product announcements, and other marketing communications.

Marketing subscribers may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe
link provided in applicable marketing emails.

Ourcade also uses Mailchimp for automated abandoned-cart
recovery emails. These reminders may be sent to customers
who have not completed checkout, including customers who

Abandoned-cart communications are subject to applicable
marketing, privacy, and electronic communications laws.
Where consent or another specific legal authorization
is required, those requirements apply independently

Ourcade uses Google for WooCommerce and maintains

Depending on the features enabled, Google services

Ourcade does not currently have Google Analytics 4
(GA4) configured.

Ourcade also uses Google reCAPTCHA on checkout, login,

activity, and automated abuse.

Google reCAPTCHA may process technical information,
including IP addresses, device information, browser
details, and user interaction data.

Google’s processing of information is subject to its

The presence of the integration does not necessarily

legitimate order fulfillment, customer service, or
freight delivery purposes, subject to applicable law.
