Return Policy

Return Policy

At Ourcade Custom Arcades LLC (“Ourcade”), each arcade system is meticulously handcrafted and customized to meet the unique specifications and preferences of our customers. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we have established the following return policy:

  1. No Returns on Completed Builds:
    • Once an arcade system has been built, returns are not accepted under any circumstances. This policy exists because each unit is tailored specifically to the customer’s individual requirements, making it impossible to resell or repurpose the system.
  2. Order Cancellation Before Build Commencement:
    • Customers may request to cancel their order before materials, electronics, or labor have been committed to the build process. Refund eligibility for such cancellations will be determined at the sole discretion of Ourcade.
  3. Deposits and Payments:
    • All deposits and payments made towards the purchase of an arcade system are final and non-refundable once the build process has begun. For more details, refer to the “Deposits and Payments” section of our Disclosure and Agreement.
  4. Defective Components:
    • In the event of a defect in a part covered under warranty, Ourcade will repair or replace the defective component in accordance with our warranty policy. This does not constitute a return of the entire system.
  5. Shipping Damage:
    • Ourcade is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping or freight transit. Customers are encouraged to purchase optional shipping insurance to cover potential damages. Any claims for freight damage must be made directly with the shipping carrier.
  6. Customer Responsibility:
    • Customers are responsible for ensuring their satisfaction with the design, specifications, and features of their arcade system before the build process begins. Any dissatisfaction due to personal preferences or change of mind after the build process has commenced does not qualify for a return or refund.
  7. Exceptions:
    • Any exceptions to this policy must be explicitly agreed upon in writing by Ourcade management prior to the completion of the arcade system.

By placing an order with Ourcade Custom Arcades LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this return policy in its entirety.
