Ourcade Custom Arcades LLC
Ourcade Custom Arcades LLC (“Ourcade”) provides the following limited warranty for qualifying cabinet defects. Electronic components may carry separate manufacturer warranties. This policy applies to purchases made under these terms and does not reduce coverage promised under earlier agreements.
- 90-Day Limited Cabinet Warranty
- Ourcade provides a 90-day limited warranty on arcade cabinet materials and manufacturing workmanship, beginning on the date of delivery or customer pickup.
- The warranty covers qualifying defects arising from the original cabinet manufacturing and assembly process.
- Ourcade will evaluate reported defects and determine an appropriate covered repair or replacement remedy, subject to applicable law.
- Cabinet Warranty Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental damage, impacts, or improper handling.
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs.
- Improper installation, storage, or environmental conditions.
- Damage from improper transportation, unloading, or relocation.
- Damage caused by failure to follow applicable operating, care, and safety instructions.
Exclusions apply to damage caused by the listed circumstances and do not eliminate rights that cannot legally be waived.
- Electronic Component Warranties
- Monitors, gaming systems, buttons, joysticks, encoders, audio equipment, and other electronics are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties, where applicable.
- Warranty periods, conditions, and remedies vary by manufacturer.
- The 90-day cabinet warranty does not create a separate 90-day Ourcade warranty for all electronics.
- Ourcade will provide reasonable guidance in identifying the applicable manufacturer warranty process.
- Defective Electronic Components
- Contact Ourcade before returning any suspected defective electronic component.
- Ourcade may request photographs, video, or troubleshooting information.
- When a replacement is authorized, the defective component must be returned as instructed before a replacement is issued, unless manufacturer terms or applicable law require otherwise.
- Do not send components without return authorization.
- Cabinet Warranty Repairs and Freight
- Customers must obtain authorization before returning a cabinet for evaluation or warranty service.
- If a cabinet must be shipped to Ourcade for covered warranty service, the customer is responsible for freight charges both to Ourcade and back to the customer, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
- Covered cabinet repair labor and covered replacement cabinet materials are provided without additional charge.
- Where appropriate, Ourcade may offer an alternative resolution, such as replacement materials or repair guidance.
- Software and Game Compatibility
- Third-party gaming software is not covered by the limited cabinet warranty.
- Software availability, updates, and compatibility may depend on third-party providers.
- Ourcade provides software assistance as described in its Terms & Conditions; software support does not extend the cabinet warranty.
- How to Submit a Warranty Claim
- Email [email protected] with your name, order details, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs or videos.
- Ourcade will review the information and provide next-step instructions.
- Do not ship cabinets or parts without authorization.
- Previously Purchased Arcades
