Cabinet Details

The Ourcade WideBody Virtual Pinball Machine combines the traditional appearance and physical hardware of a full-size pinball cabinet with modern digital gaming technology. Each machine is built to order and customized around your selected theme, controls, and available upgrades.

Traditional Pinball Cabinet Design

Our WideBody features a full-size pinball cabinet design with authentic hardware, giving you the look and feel of a traditional pinball machine while offering the flexibility of digital pinball gaming.

Every WideBody includes:

  • Official Pinball Legs: Traditional pinball legs that support the cabinet.
  • Tempered Playfield Glass: Protective glass covering the main playfield display.
  • Side Rails: Traditional metal rails along the sides of the playfield.
  • Lock-Down Bar: The familiar front rail found on traditional pinball machines.
  • Pinball Door: A traditional-style door on the front of the cabinet.
  • Physical Cabinet Buttons: Dedicated controls for operating the machine and playing pinball games.

Three-Screen Display System

The WideBody includes three dedicated 1080p displays designed to recreate the visual experience of a traditional pinball machine.

  • 43-Inch Playfield Display: The main horizontal screen where virtual pinball gameplay takes place.
  • 32-Inch Backglass Display: The upright screen that displays game-specific artwork, animations, and information.
  • 20-Inch DMD Display: A dedicated screen for scores, animations, and additional game information, depending on the selected table.

Built Around Your Theme

Each WideBody is customized with artwork based on your selected theme. You can choose your preferred button colors and available cabinet upgrades to create a machine that reflects your personal style.

Whether you prefer classic pinball artwork, retro gaming themes, or something completely unique, we’ll work with your selected design direction to create a one-of-a-kind cabinet.

Important: Product photos may show previous customer builds with optional upgrades. Features such as a physical plunger, solenoids, shaker motor, RGB lighting, and beacon are not included unless selected with your order.

Backglass Screen Protector (Optional)

Protect the upper displays of your Ourcade WideBody Virtual Pinball Machine with our optional backglass and DMD screen protector upgrade.

Additional Display Protection

This upgrade adds clear protective plexiglass in front of the backglass and DMD display areas, helping protect the screens from accidental contact, dust, and everyday wear.

The transparent material allows the artwork, animations, and scoring information to remain visible while providing an additional protective barrier.

What Does This Upgrade Cover?

  • Backglass Display: Adds a protective clear panel in front of the 32-inch backglass screen.
  • DMD Display: Adds protection for the 20-inch scoring and animation display.

Important: This is an optional upgrade. The main playfield already includes its own tempered glass protection as part of the standard cabinet. The backglass and DMD protector is separate and does not replace the playfield glass.

For customers looking for additional protection for their pinball machine’s upper displays, this upgrade provides an added layer of coverage without changing the normal gaming experience.

Custom Artwork & Vinyl Placement

Make your Ourcade WideBody Virtual Pinball Machine truly your own with custom vinyl artwork. Whether you’re looking for a classic pinball theme, retro gaming design, or something completely unique, your selected artwork helps bring your vision to life.

Cabinet Artwork

Custom vinyl graphics give your pinball machine a personalized appearance, transforming the cabinet into a centerpiece for your game room or entertainment space.

Artwork placement and coverage depend on the design and customization options selected for your machine. Common artwork areas include:

  • Cabinet Sides: The large exterior panels on the left and right sides of the main cabinet.
  • Front Cabinet: The front-facing area of the machine surrounding the cabinet hardware.
  • Backbox Sides: The upper cabinet section that houses the backglass and DMD displays.

Personalizing Your Design

Your artwork can be coordinated with your selected cabinet hardware, button colors, and T-molding to create a consistent appearance throughout the machine.

Ourcade offers customization options to help create a pinball machine that reflects your preferred theme and style.

Artwork Placement & Coverage

The exact vinyl coverage depends on the artwork package and options selected with your order. Not every surface is necessarily covered by vinyl, and additional artwork coverage may be offered separately.

Important: Product photos may show different artwork packages, customer designs, or optional upgrades. Review the available artwork selections when configuring your machine to determine what is included.

T-Molding Color Options

Give your Ourcade WideBody Virtual Pinball Machine the perfect finishing touch with your choice of T-molding color. This decorative edge trim helps complete the cabinet’s appearance while complementing your selected artwork and overall design.

What Is T-Molding?

T-molding is a durable, flexible trim installed along designated cabinet edges. It creates a clean, finished appearance and helps protect exposed edges from minor everyday bumps and wear.

Choose Your Color

Customize your pinball machine by selecting a T-molding color that coordinates with your artwork, cabinet buttons, and overall theme.

Whether you prefer a subtle, classic appearance or a bold contrasting accent, your selected T-molding can make a noticeable difference in the final design.

Finishing Your Cabinet

T-molding is installed along the applicable cabinet edges as part of the finishing process. Its placement follows the cabinet’s design and construction.

Important: Available colors are shown in the product configurator. The exact appearance of a color may vary slightly depending on lighting and display settings. T-molding is decorative edge trim and does not replace the cabinet’s structural hardware or metal rails.

Three-Screen Virtual Pinball Experience

The standard PC is designed to operate three 1080p displays simultaneously, providing separate visuals for the main playfield, backglass, and DMD.

The standard system is intended for 1080p gameplay. Customers interested in higher-resolution configurations, including 4K playfields, should contact Ourcade to discuss upgraded hardware and display options.

System Configuration & Support

Ourcade prepares its Virtual Pinball machines for use with the installed gaming system and cabinet controls. Each machine is configured around the hardware and upgrades included with the customer’s order.

Because virtual pinball software may require specific configurations, we recommend contacting Ourcade support before reinstalling Windows, updating hardware drivers, or making major changes to the installed gaming system.

  • Coin Button: Adds credits when required by a pinball table.
  • Add Player Button: Starts a game or adds players.

The Coin, Add Player, and Exit / Back buttons are positioned vertically on the front-left side of the cabinet, in that order from top to bottom.

Choose Your Button Colors

Personalize your machine by selecting a button color that complements your cabinet artwork and overall theme.

Our currently offered standard button colors include:

  • Red
  • Yellow
  • Green
  • Blue
  • Black
  • White

Optional LED Button Upgrade

For an additional visual touch, you can upgrade your standard non-illuminated cabinet buttons to LED buttons. Illuminated buttons can complement your selected artwork and other lighting upgrades.

The LED button upgrade changes the appearance of the cabinet controls without changing their basic functions.

Optional Physical Plunger

Customers looking for a more traditional pinball experience can also select the separate physical plunger and nudge sensor upgrade.

Important: The Launch Ball button is included on every Ourcade Virtual Pinball machine, even when the optional physical plunger is installed.

Note: Button colors and available upgrades should be selected through the product configurator when placing your order. Product photos may show optional illuminated controls or other upgrades that are not included with the standard configuration.

Addressable LED Controls

Add a vibrant, modern appearance to your Ourcade WideBody Virtual Pinball Machine with available illuminated button options. LED controls can enhance the look of your cabinet and complement your selected artwork and overall color theme.

Illuminated Cabinet Controls

LED buttons incorporate lighting into the physical cabinet controls, making them more visually distinctive than traditional non-illuminated buttons.

These controls retain their normal gameplay and menu functions while adding an illuminated appearance to your machine.

Customize Your Machine’s Appearance

Illuminated controls can be coordinated with your cabinet artwork, T-molding, and other selected upgrades to create a consistent visual theme.

For customers who enjoy the colorful appearance of modern arcade machines, LED buttons provide an additional way to personalize their virtual pinball cabinet.

LED Buttons vs. RGB Lighting Effects

Illuminated buttons and gameplay-reactive RGB lighting are separate customization features.

  • LED Button Upgrade: Adds illumination to the cabinet’s physical buttons.
  • RGB Cabinet Lighting: An optional lighting feature that illuminates areas around the cabinet.
  • RGB Playfield Lighting: An optional lighting feature designed to add visual effects around the playfield.

Available lighting effects and behavior depend on the specific hardware and upgrades selected with your order.

Important Upgrade Information

LED button upgrades are optional and are not included with the standard button configuration. Selecting illuminated buttons does not automatically include RGB undercabinet lighting, RGB playfield lighting, solenoids, a shaker motor, or other force-feedback accessories.

Contact Ourcade Custom Arcades if you would like help coordinating your button and lighting selections.

Virtual Pinball Sound System

Experience the sounds of virtual pinball with the built-in audio system included in every Ourcade WideBody Virtual Pinball Machine. From classic pinball sound effects and electronic scoring tones to music and game announcements, the sound system helps bring your favorite digital pinball tables to life.

Standard Audio System

Every Ourcade WideBody Virtual Pinball Machine includes a dedicated audio system featuring:

  • Two 4-Inch Speakers: Reproduce game music, sound effects, voice announcements, and other audio from compatible pinball tables.
  • Audio Amplifier: Powers the cabinet speakers and provides the audio output for the standard sound system.

The standard audio system is designed to provide clear, enjoyable sound during gameplay without requiring external speakers.

Pinball Music & Sound Effects

Virtual pinball tables can feature a wide variety of sounds, including:

  • Classic arcade and pinball sound effects
  • Background music and themed soundtracks
  • Voice announcements and scoring notifications
  • Electronic effects associated with gameplay events

Available audio effects vary depending on the selected game and its software configuration.

Optional Subwoofer Upgrade

For customers looking for deeper bass and a fuller audio experience, Ourcade offers an optional 8-inch subwoofer upgrade.

The subwoofer enhances low-frequency sound reproduction, adding depth to music and compatible game audio effects.

Important: The subwoofer is an optional upgrade and is not included with the standard two-speaker audio system.

Audio vs. Physical Force Feedback

The cabinet’s audio system is separate from optional physical feedback upgrades such as solenoids and shaker motors.

Speakers reproduce game sounds, while compatible force-feedback accessories can create physical sensations during gameplay. These features are available separately and should not be confused with the standard sound system.

Note: Sound effects, volume levels, and compatibility vary by pinball table. Optional audio and force-feedback upgrades must be selected as part of your machine’s configuration.

8-Inch Subwoofer Upgrade (Optional)

Take your Ourcade WideBody Virtual Pinball Machine’s audio experience to the next level with our optional 8-inch subwoofer upgrade. Designed to add deeper bass and greater depth to your game’s sound, this upgrade helps make your virtual pinball experience even more immersive.

Deeper Bass & Richer Sound

While the standard audio system includes two 4-inch speakers and an amplifier, the optional 8-inch subwoofer enhances low-frequency audio, providing a fuller sound experience during gameplay.

The subwoofer can add depth to:

  • Pinball Sound Effects: Adds bass impact to compatible in-game effects and animations.
  • Music & Soundtracks: Enhances the low-frequency elements of game music.
  • Game Announcements: Adds richness to audio that contains lower-frequency content.
  • Overall Gameplay: Creates a fuller, more immersive listening experience.

Works Alongside the Standard Speakers

The 8-inch subwoofer supplements the machine’s existing audio system rather than replacing its standard speakers.

With the subwoofer upgrade, your machine benefits from the standard speakers handling regular game audio while the subwoofer adds low-frequency reinforcement.

Subwoofer vs. Shaker Motor

Although both upgrades can enhance immersion, they serve different purposes:

  • 8-Inch Subwoofer: Enhances audible bass from music, sound effects, and other game audio.
  • Optional Shaker Motor: Produces physical vibrations during compatible gameplay events when the required force-feedback hardware is installed.

For customers interested in both enhanced audio and physical feedback, these upgrades can complement one another.

Important Upgrade Information

The 8-inch subwoofer is an optional upgrade and is not included with the standard audio system.

Sound characteristics vary depending on the selected pinball table, its audio configuration, and the source material. The subwoofer does not replace or include the optional shaker motor or other force-feedback accessories.

RGB Cabinet & Playfield Lighting (Optional)

Bring your Ourcade WideBody Virtual Pinball Machine to life with optional RGB cabinet and playfield lighting. These upgrades add vibrant lighting effects that enhance the appearance of your machine and create a more immersive pinball experience.

RGB lighting can add an exciting visual element to your game room, whether you’re enjoying classic pinball tables or modern digital pinball games.

RGB Undercabinet Lighting

Optional RGB undercabinet lighting illuminates the area beneath your virtual pinball machine, creating a colorful glow around the base of the cabinet.

This upgrade helps your machine stand out, particularly in darker game rooms and entertainment spaces.

RGB Playfield Lighting

Optional RGB playfield lighting adds colorful lighting effects around the main playfield area.

When supported by the installed hardware and selected pinball table, compatible lighting effects can respond to gameplay events, adding another visual dimension to the pinball experience.

Gameplay-Reactive Lighting Effects

With the appropriate force-feedback hardware and compatible software configuration, supported RGB lighting accessories can produce effects associated with gameplay.

Depending on the selected table and its configuration, lighting effects may accompany events such as:

  • Flashing lights during special game events
  • Color changes during compatible gameplay sequences
  • Visual effects associated with scoring and table animations
  • Lighting sequences that complement the action on screen

Available effects vary by table and are not guaranteed to operate identically across all games.

Force-Feedback System Requirement

Important: RGB undercabinet lighting and RGB playfield lighting require the optional force-feedback system to be enabled when configuring your machine.

The force-feedback system provides the necessary integration for supported lighting accessories and other compatible physical feedback upgrades.

Customize Your Lighting

RGB undercabinet lighting and RGB playfield lighting are separate optional upgrades. Customers can select the lighting features they prefer when configuring their Ourcade Virtual Pinball Machine.

Note: RGB cabinet lighting is not included with the standard machine. Product photos and videos may show optional lighting configurations that are not included unless selected with your order.

Physical Plunger & Nudge Sensor (Optional)

Bring an even more authentic pinball experience to your Ourcade WideBody Virtual Pinball Machine with our optional Physical Plunger & Nudge Sensor upgrade. This feature adds traditional hands-on interaction to compatible virtual pinball games.

Traditional Physical Plunger

The physical plunger allows you to launch the virtual pinball using a traditional pull-and-release motion, similar to a classic mechanical pinball machine.

On supported pinball tables, the plunger’s movement can be translated into an in-game ball launch, providing a more natural and interactive experience compared to pressing a button.

Physical Nudge Sensor

The nudge sensor detects compatible physical movements of the cabinet and translates them into virtual pinball gameplay.

On supported tables, this allows players to influence the movement of the virtual ball by gently nudging the cabinet, similar to traditional pinball gameplay.

Depending on the table and its configuration, excessive nudging may also trigger a tilt warning or penalty.

Do I Need This Upgrade to Play?

No! Every Ourcade Virtual Pinball Machine includes a dedicated Launch Ball button, allowing you to launch the ball without a physical plunger.

Even when the physical plunger upgrade is selected, the Launch Ball button remains installed and functional.

The physical plunger and nudge sensor are optional enhancements for customers who want a more traditional pinball experience.

Compatibility & Gameplay

Physical plunger and nudge functionality depend on the selected virtual pinball platform, game compatibility, and software configuration.

Some games may support analog plunger movement and physical nudging, while others may use button-based controls or provide limited support for these features.

Important Upgrade Information

The Physical Plunger & Nudge Sensor upgrade is optional and is not included with the standard machine.

This upgrade is separate from solenoids, shaker motors, RGB lighting, and other force-feedback accessories. Those features must be selected separately when available.

For the best experience, use gentle, controlled movements when nudging the cabinet. Avoid excessive force that could damage the cabinet, displays, or internal components.

Solenoid Force Feedback (Optional)

Experience the excitement of traditional pinball with the optional Solenoid Force Feedback upgrade for your Ourcade WideBody Virtual Pinball Machine. This upgrade adds physical mechanical feedback that helps bring the action on your virtual playfield to life.

What Are Solenoids?

Solenoids are electrically operated mechanical devices that produce a quick physical impact when activated. Inside a virtual pinball cabinet, they can simulate some of the mechanical sensations associated with traditional pinball machines.

Rather than simply hearing a flipper or bumper sound through the speakers, compatible games can trigger a physical response that you can hear and feel through the cabinet.

Experience More Realistic Gameplay

When supported by the selected pinball table and its software configuration, solenoid feedback can accompany events such as:

  • Flipper Activation: Mechanical feedback when activating the flippers.
  • Bumper Hits: Physical impact effects associated with compatible bumper events.
  • Slingshot Activation: Mechanical feedback when the virtual ball strikes supported slingshots.
  • Other Gameplay Events: Additional effects when supported by the installed hardware and table configuration.

The available effects depend on the solenoid configuration and the individual game’s feedback support.

Sound vs. Physical Feedback

Your Ourcade Virtual Pinball Machine already includes a standard audio system that reproduces game sounds through its speakers.

Solenoids enhance the experience by creating actual mechanical impacts inside the cabinet. This allows compatible gameplay events to produce a physical sensation rather than relying entirely on audio effects.

Force-Feedback System Required

Important: The optional force-feedback system must be enabled when selecting solenoid upgrades for your machine.

This system provides the hardware integration needed to operate supported mechanical feedback accessories.

Customize Your Pinball Experience

Solenoid force feedback is ideal for customers who want a more immersive virtual pinball experience with additional mechanical sensations.

Solenoids can also complement other available upgrades, such as a shaker motor and compatible RGB lighting, for a more interactive cabinet experience.

Note: Solenoids are optional and are not included with the standard machine. The number, placement, and supported effects depend on the selected hardware configuration. Not every pinball table supports every feedback effect.

Shaker Motor Upgrade (Optional)

Feel the excitement of virtual pinball with the optional Shaker Motor upgrade for your Ourcade WideBody Virtual Pinball Machine. This feature adds physical vibration to the cabinet, helping recreate the rumbling sensations found in many traditional pinball machines.

What Is a Shaker Motor?

A shaker motor is a mechanical device installed inside the pinball cabinet that produces controlled vibrations when activated by compatible gameplay events.

Rather than simply hearing an effect through the speakers, you can actually feel the cabinet vibrate, adding another level of immersion to your pinball experience.

Feel the Action

When supported by the selected pinball table and its software configuration, the shaker motor can activate during events such as:

  • Explosions & Impacts: Creates rumbling sensations during compatible special effects.
  • Special Gameplay Events: Adds vibration during certain modes, animations, and table features.
  • Mechanical Effects: Simulates the vibration associated with supported mechanical events.
  • Game-Specific Sequences: Produces additional physical effects when supported by the table’s feedback configuration.

The timing, intensity, and availability of shaker motor effects depend on the individual game and its feedback support.

Shaker Motor vs. Solenoids

Although both upgrades add physical feedback, they create different sensations:

  • Shaker Motor: Produces sustained vibrations and rumbling effects that can be felt through the cabinet.
  • Solenoids: Produce short mechanical impacts that simulate flippers, bumpers, slingshots, and other compatible gameplay events.

For customers seeking a more immersive experience, the shaker motor and solenoids can complement one another.

Force-Feedback System Required

Important: The optional force-feedback system must be enabled when selecting the shaker motor upgrade.

The force-feedback system provides the necessary integration for supported physical feedback accessories to respond to compatible pinball software.

Customize Your Experience

The shaker motor is an excellent choice for customers who want to feel more of the action while playing their favorite virtual pinball tables.

It can be combined with other available upgrades, including solenoids and compatible RGB lighting, to create a more interactive gaming experience.

Note: The shaker motor is an optional upgrade and is not included with the standard machine. Not every virtual pinball table supports shaker motor effects, and vibration behavior varies depending on the installed software and hardware configuration.

RGB Beacon Light (Optional)

Add another exciting visual element to your Ourcade WideBody Virtual Pinball Machine with the optional RGB Beacon Light upgrade. Inspired by the attention-grabbing lighting effects found on traditional pinball machines, this feature adds colorful illumination to enhance your gaming experience.

What Is an RGB Beacon Light?

An RGB beacon is a dedicated lighting accessory that produces colorful visual effects. Unlike standard cabinet illumination, the beacon is designed to create more noticeable lighting effects during supported gameplay events.

Its RGB lighting capabilities allow it to produce different colors and visual patterns when supported by the installed hardware and software configuration.

Gameplay-Reactive Lighting

When integrated with the optional force-feedback system, the beacon can respond to compatible virtual pinball gameplay events.

Depending on the selected table and its configuration, beacon effects may accompany:

  • Special Game Modes: Lighting effects during supported game sequences.
  • Jackpots & Bonuses: Visual effects associated with compatible scoring events.
  • Multiball Events: Additional lighting activity during supported multiball sequences.
  • Game-Specific Effects: Other visual patterns and animations when supported by the table.

Available effects vary depending on the game and its feedback configuration. Not every table supports beacon lighting.

Beacon vs. Cabinet Lighting

Ourcade offers several optional lighting upgrades, each designed to enhance a different part of your virtual pinball experience.

  • RGB Beacon Light: A dedicated lighting accessory designed for noticeable visual effects.
  • RGB Undercabinet Lighting: Creates colorful illumination beneath the cabinet.
  • RGB Playfield Lighting: Adds lighting effects around the playfield area.
  • LED Button Upgrade: Adds illumination to the cabinet’s physical buttons.

These upgrades are separate selections and are not automatically included with one another.

Force-Feedback System Required

Important: The optional force-feedback system must be enabled when selecting the RGB Beacon Light upgrade.

This system provides the necessary integration for supported lighting accessories to respond to compatible pinball software.

Customize Your Pinball Experience

The RGB Beacon Light is a great option for customers looking to add more colorful, arcade-inspired effects to their machine.

It can complement other available upgrades, including RGB cabinet lighting, RGB playfield lighting, solenoids, and a shaker motor.

Note: The RGB Beacon Light is an optional upgrade and is not included with the standard machine. Lighting effects, colors, and animations depend on the installed hardware, software configuration, and individual game’s compatibility.

Force-Feedback System & Upgrade Requirements

Take your Ourcade WideBody Virtual Pinball Machine beyond traditional screen-based gaming with our optional Force-Feedback System. This upgrade provides the hardware integration needed for supported mechanical effects and interactive lighting accessories, creating a more immersive virtual pinball experience.

What Is Force Feedback?

Force feedback allows compatible virtual pinball software to communicate with physical accessories installed inside or around the cabinet.

Instead of relying entirely on on-screen animations and speaker audio, supported gameplay events can activate mechanical devices and lighting effects that enhance the overall experience.

Which Upgrades Require Force Feedback?

The following optional upgrades require the Force-Feedback System to be enabled when configuring your machine:

  • Solenoid Force Feedback: Produces mechanical impacts associated with supported flipper, bumper, and slingshot events.
  • Shaker Motor: Creates physical cabinet vibrations during compatible gameplay events.
  • RGB Undercabinet Lighting: Adds colorful illumination beneath the cabinet with supported lighting effects.
  • RGB Playfield Lighting: Adds lighting effects around the playfield during compatible gameplay events.
  • RGB Beacon Light: Provides additional visual effects during supported gameplay sequences.

Do I Need Force Feedback to Play Pinball?

No! Your Ourcade WideBody Virtual Pinball Machine can operate and play compatible virtual pinball games without the optional Force-Feedback System.

The standard machine includes its gaming PC, displays, audio system, and physical cabinet controls. Force feedback is an enhancement for customers who want additional mechanical sensations or interactive lighting.

How Does It Work?

When a compatible virtual pinball table supports physical feedback, its software can send commands through the configured feedback system to activate the appropriate accessories.

For example, supported events may trigger a solenoid impact, activate the shaker motor, or produce an RGB lighting effect, depending on which upgrades are installed.

Available effects depend on the individual table, its software configuration, and the selected hardware.

Build Your Own Experience

Ourcade allows customers to customize their virtual pinball experience by selecting the available feedback and lighting upgrades they want.

You can choose compatible mechanical accessories, lighting upgrades, or a combination of both to create a machine that fits your preferences.

Important Ordering Information

Enabling the Force-Feedback System does not automatically include every available feedback accessory. Solenoids, shaker motors, RGB lighting, and beacon accessories are separate upgrades that must be selected individually.

The Force-Feedback System is required for the compatible accessories listed above and must be included with those selections.

Note: Not every virtual pinball table supports every force-feedback or lighting effect. Functionality varies depending on the installed hardware, supported software, and individual game’s configuration.
